I am going to need to use Windows on my Mac for college. I'll be using The Microsoft Office programs, A few games, and Fruity Loops (the music production program). Is it better to do bootcamp and VMfusion?
As I understand it that would mean I am partitioning my Harddrive as well as using a virtual one. Is that a wise decision?

I'll be doing the same thing in a week or so, MBP for college. I've read some on the subject and have had some hands on experience. I believe you can use the partitian that you use for bootcamp for vmware too. So you only need 2 partitans, one for OS X and one for windows.

Just set up the boot camp partition first and the start vmware, it should see your windows partition and open it within os x.

Yep, that will work.
