in all my files it displays my music by each mp3 file, is there a way to change this to album cover?
I know there is screen flow but i want the mp3 icons to display the album cover only not screen flow my pdfs and docs as well

yes, but I'm trying to figure out if theres any other way to view the files rather than mp3 in all my files.

To let Finder not show the .mp3 suffix/extension, select one .mp3 file, press CMD+I to open the Get Info window and look under "Name & Extension" for the "Hide extension" checkbox.

As I don't use Icon View or the Smart Folders, I can't help you with the album art, though I can view my cover art in Finder, if I choose to use Icon View, but I still use Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard.

this hides the extension of the file i clicked, is there a way to hide all .mp3 extensions?
