BetterSnapTool does't work with Office 2011!

I love BetterSnapTool, it's makes my life easier as I work on two monitors at a time. I have assigned in the "Extras" commands that when I right-click on the red/yellow/green window buttons my app's window transfers from one monitor to the other, etc.

Everything works great except for Excel, Word and Powerpoint. I have verified the "Disable BST for current application" and it is not checked.

Is this a common problem or am I doing something wrong?

BetterTouchTool works fine with MS Office apps. Would BTT offer you the same functionality or do you have custom commands that couldn't be transferred?

when I drag a window to the borders of the screen, it works as intended. It is only the "extras" (right clicking on the windows color button) that do not work... strange
