BetterTouchTool showing glitches with new iMac...

I recently replaced my 2005 PowerBook G4 with a brand new iMac and opted for the Magic Track Pad instead of the Magic Mouse. I was told to download BetterTouchTool to best utilise the Track Pad and it seems fine, but I am having one problem: I am trying to customise a gesture to open up Google, since I use that a lot. However, every time I try to (with any gesture, I have tried several) the little box pops up asking for the URL and saying to hit enter when done to save the command.....the program freezes and I have to force quit BTT in order to try again.

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Also, would love to know how everyone used their Trackpad....any suggestions?
