Between the two - Whitebook or 15" MBP

I have a chance to get a prev gen White book NIB for $747 on close out or the prev gen 15" MBP base model for $1477.

I have a 20" iMac and a HP2408W monitor so the screen on the MBP isn't a concern...

Given the specs of the two - this would be a slightly portable machine, used for TV in place of the Mac mini I was thinking of getting...

What would you do between the two given the close out price (shipping and tax aren't of concern as its from the on-base PX)...

Talk me into either one advise needed please...

There isn't much profit to be made...

I would get the white MacBook since you already have an iMac.

...yeah, I'm thinking of the whitebook as the specs on the MBP are similar to my iMac and its double the price of the whitebook... there's also only one whitebook left so it wouldn't matter...
