There's a note taking app that's using GoodNotes' screenshots to illustrate the app, there's a developer in the AppStore with a fake GoodNotes Mac client.
The GoodNotes developer has been trying to set things right with Apple since August 2014 - without result.

I search for writing apps all the time and not once did I ever came across these apps...
