Beware of Incase knockoffs

I guess it was inevitable. There are a couple of $10-$12 "Incase" sliders on the Bay now. They are easily discernible by the centered horizontal Incase logo on the back...the real deal of course has a vertical logo on the left side. Of course, the $10-$12 price tag is also a red flag.

I didn't see Incase mentioned anywhere in the ad. The pic says Incase on the case, but it never says it is a Incase case.
