Beware TOCC bungee lightning cable

We thought we would be purchasing high-quality lightning cables for our iPhone's and iPad only to find out we were wrong. Purchased a pair of really long TOCC "bungee" lightning cables directly from TOCC. Initially one worked and one didn't. No big deal, contacted CS via e-mail and have a replacement on the way (no charge). Now the other one is not charging giving the infamous "this accessory does not support...". Tried contacting CS via e-mail again but this time getting no response. Don't know what's up with that. Anyway lessoned learned, probably won't be buying from TOCC again.

the only "high quality" lightning cables are OEM apple ones. i find all the 3rd party ones (except amazon or belkin) are sketchy at best.
