**Edit** They just replied and gave me a tracking number with DHL and once I looked it up it was sent and delivered to someone in Paris. I live in Canada. Greatttt...
I ordered a brown Natural ID Slim for my iPhone 6 from Beyzacases on September 30th and just this week realized (I had a lot on my plate this month) that I still have not received even an e-mail that this has been shipped even though they say on their site that everything gets shipped out in 4 days.
I e-mailed them on Tuesday asking about the status of my order and didn't hear a thing. I sent them another e-mail again just now.
Anyone ever deal with them before? I've read nothing but positive things about them and the most frustrating thing is that they won't even return my e-mails.
I'm worried it may be because I ordered the same case from them a week before and immediately cancelled it (it was for my nephew and he changed his mind) and they gave me a refund right away. A few days later he decided he wanted the same case but in a different colour.
I really don't want to file a charge back with my credit card company and would prefer having this case.
Any advice?
