Bezel coming off?

My bezel has started separating slightly from the plastic casing, I'm a bit worried about this as I already have some small cracks on the top of the phone. Has anyone gone to Apple about something like this before?
 
I have not but I presume this is a defect covered by warranty. Can you post pics?
