bezel damage

so i’ve recently purchased a 2020 macbook pro. i haven’t dropped or even scratched the laptop but i’ve realised a tiny chunk is missing out of the bezel of the laptop. it’s not a huge issue more aesthetic but can this damage my laptop in the future if not repaired ?
