Bezel Scratches with your cases

Now that most of the full cases are out, how are your chrome bezels holding up? Particularly users with hard acrylic, plastic, polycarbonate, silicon type cases. I'm asking because my 1st gen got all messed up with these cases. I don't want to make the same mistake again on my new 3G.

My Griffin Elan has produced some very light scratches on the chrome bezel at the bottom of the handset.

My experience tells me that all the "open faced" cases will allow dirt under the edge of the touchscreen case frame which will scratch your bezel.

Thats what I'm thinking also. Unless its a super tight good fit. Like my old Switcheasy Capsule. After going through Belkin, Giffin, Agent 18 all adding scratches on my bezel, I finally got that one. It was a tight fit and didn't add any scratches on my original iPhone. But the damage was already done. I'd hate to do it again on my new 3G iPhone.
