Big annoying Safari glitch

If I try to make a list in eBay item descriptions, it just goes into a paragraph when I submit it. If I try to revise the description I can't press enter to go down a line. I decided to use Firefox and it worked. Is that all I can do from now on? Anyone else have this problem?

And Safari wouldn't let me delete my Facebook account, bit Firefox did. If Firefox didn't have all that wasted space with the top and bottom bars, I might have used it permanently.

See if inserting HTML page or break tags keeps the line spacing. As for the Facebook account, you probably just needed to clean out your cache.
