I have read so many tutorials, but none have worked so far. I want to host my site, but publically. MY ISP blocks port 80, which is the problem I can't figure out how to get around. So, I tried changing the .conf file but still it did nothing. Please someone give me a detailed tutorial, step by step...thank you

find the line that says Listen 80 and add Listen 203 right below it (change 203 to whatever port # you want to access your computer from)

ok so do I forward the same ports on my router? If so, or not, what do I put for Base HostPort?

also...should DMZ be on?

ok so I did this. Not DMZ host enabled. Port forward 8080 - 8080 to server machine. Also the baseport was set to 80. Then with that on. I tried my public IP and it didn't work, so I did a port scan on 80 and the result was closed. But on 8080 the result is open. So maybe its in my Apache Configuration File or something.
