hey guys, I have applist and gremlin plugin pack from the bigboss repo, assuming this is safe to update, what is it exactly, Gremlin says it allows syncing of audio and video files etc, but i do this through itunes, applist says it allows devs to query the list of installed apps, sounds like a spying device, haha so what should i do, i cant be the only one to have recently gotten the reqs to update these, thanks.

They're prerequisites for other tweaks to work.
Do you have the tweak "bridge"? Or google chrome downloader plus? I believe those two are many of the tweaks that use gremlin
That requires gremlin to work. The two tweaks are perfectly fine to update. I don't quite remember what tweak uses applist but I'm sure a lot use them. Chrome downloader plus may need it too
Applist is created by Ryan Petrich. Completely safe and required for many many jailbreak packages. It allows jailbreak packages to show you a list of installed apps when configuring said packages. I believe the app/tweak would crash if you removed it. But if you remove it via Cydia and not manually, it will automatically remove everything that depends on it. It's safe to update. In fact I recommend you update it.
