I just got this iphone from ebay, it has quite a bit of cracks... But like, when i put "sun glare" on the iphone, its like i can see behind the gray bar. its just a bit bigger then half of the dock. ive tried restoreing and stuff. I dont know why is this, if i can see behind the gray bar with glare on the screen, what is this gray bar? And can i fix it?

This is the picture from ebay, ill take a recent picture soon. but im just worried about the gray bar.

You're going to need a new LCD assembly, or at least part of it. Unless you're willing to install it yourself, the cost of the phone, parts and labour probably wouldn't have been worth it.

but how is it possible i can see behind the gray bar during glare on it?

Does it matter? The point is it's not something you can fix with a spanner and a can of WD-40, you're going to need to buy a new part, and completely disassemble the phone to install it.
