Big iCal Problem - Missing Data

So I open my iCal on a regular basis - at least a few times a day.

Just a few minutes ago, I opened iCal and everything looked fine for a split second. Then, all my information from all calendars immediately disappeared.

The calendars are still located on the sidebar, but there is no info present in iCal. I've looked at day view, week view, month view, etc - and no dice.

Any idea what happened? This is a HUGE problem for me.
