Big mistake - erased languages

Hi, yesterday trying to juice a bit to much my space through cleanmymac i accidentally erased all the option languages in all my applications except english(I speak primarily spanish and use that language of pc/mac use).

When i say apps i mean all, like aperture,iworks,ilife,photoshop... what can i do?

Do a full restore from a clone or Time Machine backup. If you don't have one, it's archive and install time.

EDIT: I've never looked into it, but it might be possible to reinstall them from your OS X DVD. I don't think so though.

You'll have to either restore your system from a backup (if you use Time Machine, you'll be in good shape). If you don't, then you're going to have to reinstall all your applications and Mac OS X.
