Hi guys,

I made a major stupid error on windows 7 on my imac.....while trying to get my sound to work i went into device manager in windows and tried to update some of the drivers on the sound but inadvertently updated bluetooth drivers for mouse and keypad and now they don't work!! Every time it logs onto windows i can't do anything as nothing works.....how can i rectify this??

Any advice much appreciated!!

Cheers

If you can get hold of an external mouse and keyboard, go back to the Device Manager, find the devices that you accidently updated, right click -> Properties...

...under the Driver tab, you can click Roll Back Driver which should revert back to the previous drivers.

If you can't get an external mouse and/or keyboard, try booting into Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key when booting into Windows to get to the advanced boot menu.
