1. A new architecture had been announced to replace GCN which is CDNA. C means compute. Since RDNA 2 will focus only on gaming, CDNA will be used for computing and I wonder if Mac Pro uses CDNA based GPU or not.
2. Infinity Architecture announced but I know nothing about this.
3. A new technology called X3D announced. 1~2nd gen used MCM while 3rd gen used chiplets. This time, it stacks(???) Well, that's a crazy news to me.
Any thoughts?
