Big problem in LOGIN ITEMS

Hi guys

i have a confusing problem in LOGIN ITEMS

When i add new items "system preferences > users OR the dock right click > open in login" they disappear after the restart and not login in i tries too many suggested solution but without benefit
like deleting the login file in the preference in library


PLEASE YOUR HELP GUYS
