BIG PROBLEM -- iPhone Screen Artifacts

Hey,

I recieved my iPhone replacement yesterday because of a battery issue. I noticed there are little white dots all over the screen. I havent reactivaterd it yet, so im not able to do a restore to it. Has this happened to anyone, what did they do to fix it? Or did they just get another replacement?

Watch the screen carefully when you first turn it on. If the little white dots aren't there immediately, but then appear during the boot-up process (while the apple logo is still on the screen), then my new iPhone has the exact same problem. I'd be curious to see if this is the same issue or not.

I'm not sure if this is normal or not.
