Big problem with my iTUNES! iphone 5s

I just got myself a iPhone 5s and I am currently using iphone 4.
Both on 7.0.3

I did a back up for my iPhone 4 on iTunes and restore the backup on my iPhone 5s.

But error pops up.

Please help.
I tried to delete the other backup and did a fresh backup stil the same.

to be honest, i would recommend setting up the 5S as new as opposed to loading a restore from an iPhone 4.

do you have your contacts and stuff synced to iCloud or is iTunes your only means of backup?
