Big Problems...No video.. please assist

I need help.

I bought a power mac 7500 with a 200mhz 604e card in it, and an ATI Mach 64 video card. I hooked it up, turned it on and there was no video. The HD didn't seem to spin into the OS either. So I took out the processor card and put in the factory 100mhz one, and i also took out the mach 64 card, still no dice. I switched out the HD into a factory 7500 and it came on but the screen was discolored and 2 bars of color followed the mouse.

Any ideas?

sounds like a junker...you'll be lucky if you can get it to work...things just go bad after some time...

thing is it was guarenteed working... i only need it to go online for simple email/instant messaging so i don't need a G5 or anything here. if you know what i mean

Well, I figured it out, turned out to be a bad RAM stick. It is online and tho it is a bit slow, it is not sucking.
