Big software update problems!

I have big problems:

- If I use iTunes the program says there is a new update. But when I click on Software Updates - it does not find anything.

- I run 10.5.6 but would like 10.5.7 - but Software Updates does not find it.

- My Timecapsule says the sam - new update... But Software Update does not find....

I have tried permission repair. Restarts... Delete plist-file and so on!

I really need some proper help!
