macOS Big Sur 11.2.2 Stuck at preparing - about 15 minutes remaining. Also unable to reload OS in recovery mode, With 15Min remaining in download freezes and an error message pops up. Apple Tech Support BAFFLED. There recommendation.......Format the HD and start from scratch AND DO NOT USE TIMEMACHINE. Not sure I'm ready to do that, can anyone help........
