Big Sur 13GB update folder

Not sure if this is normal, or a remnet of an OS update that did not get removed. There is a 13GB folder here "/System/Volumes/Data/macOS Install Data", that I don't remember being there previously. M1 Mac Mini, latest Big Sur installed.

Do other folks have this folder?

I think that's part of the recovery system.
