Big Sur emojis on Catalina

Hi I'm stuck on Catalina and now I'm seeing squares where the new emojis are supposed to be.

I know that I can update the file at

/System/Library/Fonts/Apple Color Emoji.tt

to get the new emojis but where can I find the l latest version of that file from Big Sur to download?
