Big Sur in Mac 5,1: Problems with audio via airplay

Hi to all
I've a problem with Airplay streaming in my MP 5,1 with Big Sur using OCLP as installation media.

I have tested the same with Catalina Patcher and with Mojave (native installation) and in both Airplay works correctly. I'm trying in all cases to reproduce over Sonos speakers. My MP config is:

- NVME WD 1TB (using an PCIe Adapter)
- Nvidia GT630
- WD SSD 480

Wifi+bluetooth card is the same that is include in MP.

Does anybody experience the same? Any ideas?
