Big Sur Safari ghost tabs

Hi,

Asking for advices regarding an issue that I have for 2 months now, my setup is like:
- iPad
- iPhone
- MBP M1

iPad and iPhone are sync'ing Safari tabs properly, between them
MBP is sync'ing properly with iPad but shows tons of ghost tabs open on my iPhone which they are closed for quite some time now.
iPad it's not showing the ghost tabs from iPhone.
iPad and iPhone are showing correct tabs from MBP

Any idea how to solve it ? .... I removed safari from iPhone, cleared cache and then enabled back Safari iCloud sync, and this did not fixed the problem ...

In my experience, this bug comes and goes, and has done for possibly years at this point.

If it's happening, it usually goes away after a software-update that touches Safari.
