Big Sur/Siri screaming on the hour

Installed Big Sur last night before I went to bed. Was awoken ever hour with Siri yelling the time (1AM, 2AM 3AM, etc.). Also I have the Do Not Disturb time checked/enabled but it still announced. It is not something I enabled or have had before? Where is the setting to turn off or modify? And why does DND let it disturb me? Seems DND should mute ALL sounds?

Fond the setting in System Preferences> Dock & Menu Bar> Clock Menu Bar. Wouldn't mind leaving it on but only if Do Not Disturb would mute at night. Why doesn't DND mute this?
