Big Sur update

I have missed 2 updates on my Mac mini with the M1 chip. The download will finish and then I get a message that the download failed. I've tried a dozen time with the same results.
Any Ideas as to what I need to do to get updated?

Hello - I've been trying to update my MBP to Big Sur 11.5 and each time it states the download failed. I've been trying for the past 2 days and each time I get the below error. I'm currently on Big Sur 11.4 and this is the first time ever I've had this issue with updating... Any suggestions?

Well we finally got the update to install.....after we tried all the suggestions, which I appreciate, a few hours with phone support and a trip to the Apple store to have a new logic board installed!
We tried to start in safe mode and got an exclamation point in a circle while on the phone with Apple so he got me an appointment with the store to have it checked out before my warranty ran out.
I keep a hard drive attached for backups so I was good to go.
