It says my iphone shipped this morning with a tracking number

But AT&T said they cancelled that order yesterday for another order that's backordered that they put through... hmm.

When I type the tracking number in on UPS it shows nothing...

is my order coming?
 
You did the right thing posting here instead of calling AT&T and asking them.
 
I called AT&T 6 times and talked to different people. They said they don't even know what's going on and they handled it wrong.

He feels helpless about his order at this point. Sitting around waiting for something to happen isn't really the best solution. At least on here, he can gather input from other users who might have had the same issue.

+1. I thought this is what these blog sites were for. Something happens to you you can post it and see if anyone else has the same problem that maybe they solved. Then you can do then same thing to solve your problem. If you don't have anything to say that can help the OP then i would'nt say anything at all.

He said he already called AT&T and they could not help him. If he waits until Friday he will have effectively thrown himself out of the next wave of iPhone shipments. I don't understand why everyone is getting their panties in a wad.

This happens every year. New threads pop up every twenty seconds about orders and issues with Apple and AT&T. If anything, it's not a "iPhone 4gs sux lol get the new galaxy ftw," thread.

OP, good luck with your order. I am sorry that AT&T cannot help you. I hope your phone arrives on Friday.

On a more related note, what does your bank account say? Has it been charged or credited?
