BigSur Dictation: Keyword Phrase Feature gone?

Hi Community,

in previous versions under MacOS it was possible to launch voice dictation by a special voice command.
This was found under "Accessibility" and the feature was called "Keyword Phrase".

In Big Sur I can't find it. Is there another way now to do it?
