Bike Mount for iPhone 4

Hello guys. I am in search of a good bicycle mount for my iPhone 4. I have seen so many but don't know which one to get. I would prefer some real world reviews from those of you who actually have used most of them and can tell me which one is worth the money. Security is most important because I do not want to hit a sudden bump or ride over rough terrain only to have my iPhone fall out of the mount and be completely damaged.
