Wow, thats a bit embarassing. I mean as a public figure and former president it doesn't look so well, but then again we don't know his situation. Perhaps he had a legitimate reason for being so tired, but I won't hold my breath :p :)

Reagan used to fall asleep while he was still President, we can't allow effectively retired people to take a cat nap now and again?

Of course to do it when you know you're on camera is poor form.

he was just tired. Who doesn't? I got tired just thinking about doing those things!

He's probably not getting much sleep. In the run up to the NH primary, it was reported he was getting like half an hour of sleep.

Dumb to fall asleep, though. Should have avoided that.

I guess it was a tribute then when he was snoozing at Regan's funeral. Although I'm not a fan of Clinton, public services, tributes, etc. can be very boring for most people - especially for people who are used to being in charge and running things

Especially when right behind the podium. ;)

Those types of events can be very tiring when up on stage.

I think you can find most world leaders dozing off at times.

Funny.

Was this the service at which someone attacked him in a speech for his "fairy tale" statement? Maybe this was Bill Clinton passive aggressive mode.

Well if his eating habits are anything like they were when he was President then I too would have trouble staying awake all day! That fast food **** makes you sleepy!

...and chunky. Musta been where he took the intern.

jk. I love Bill. :)
