Do u think I would be able to use my bill me later account to preorder new iPhone from apples site since it is a form of payment for them. Any purchase over $250 is 6 months no payments and interest. Thanks in advance.

If it is a form of payment they accept then yes. Remember if you don't pay within that time-frame they will post all the interest accumulated over those 6 months when the time comes.
