Bingo. I read the billboard twice wondering what the the joke was... That ad was created by an uneducated cubicle worker who lacks a sense of geography and the common sense to research his material before putting together the design.

...either that, or they're just playing on the fact that 95% of the world doesn't no it's pronounced Poo-ket.

I recognized that right away.... I live within walking distance of those billboards. At the bottom you can see the Coffee Bean that's at the corner of Beverly Glen and Santa Monica.....

Here's one that I think is hi-larious. It's also on Santa Monica Blvd. Keep on smoking y'all....
