Whats a good program to extract and burn bin and cue files?

You don't have to extract them just open up the .cue file in burning software like toast and it will burn it fine

According to the discussion here and a similar one I read on MacUpdate (a review of the new Toast I believe), no, overburning is not permitted. Furthermore, I am almost positive that you could overburn in Toast 5, so I'm not sure why they would have disabled this. Perhaps it has something to do with how they supposedly disabled the burning of iTMS songs as well...

You dont HAVE to burn it if you got toast. Just start like you are going to (loading it into Toast), then File>Save as Disc Image.

Now Utilities > Mount Disc Image.

Providing of course you have plenty of HD space left!
