macOS binary file win to mac

hello, I need help for a file conversion
These two file are the module file of a lab machine. The .md5 ones is for the software in win version of the machine while the other ones is for the Mac version of the software. Now I need to read the win file with the Mac version of the software (here the software http://www.appliedbiosystems.com/support/software/377/installs.cfm ) but the simple win to mac conversion not run…can you help?

Maybe the files can't simply be converted at all. Have you tried contacting the vendor?
