Binding function keys to adjusting volume in Windows 7

I freaking loathe Windows 7, particularly its Control Panel, which I find impossible to navigate and infuriating to search through. However, I like games so I'm in a pickle.

What I'd like to do, and can not figure out, is how to make the volume keys work on an Apple keyboard. It doesn't even have to be the F10-F12 keys – I've got seven empty function keys on this badboy and quite happy to use them.

Anyone know how to make F16-F18 adjust the volume?
