Refresh me please... With binge on...on say a 6gn plan.. You can use the hot spot to stream video right? And that doesn't count against the data plan?
 
It's not so simple, it doesn't count against your data when using certain services that T-Mobile lists, and when you do stream them it's "optimized", meaning it's most likely not going to be HD.
