I have a 27" i5 iMac and am trying to load the game Bioshock on it. This is my first game for a Mac for a while. The Bioshock DVD simply will not mount. I put it in (carefully) and after a few seconds of churning it spits it back out. I don't know what is going on. This is my second DVD of Bioshock (I returned the first one because I thought it was basically broken) and neither mount. I have other DVDs that I made myself (mainly consisting of photos) and they are fine. I also tried a movie via DVD Player and it worked fine. Any tips or ideas?

This machine should certainly be able to handle this game. And the optical drives seems to be okay otherwise. If there are any tests, etc., I should try, just let me know. Also this iMac is of course running Snow Leopard so maybe there is an issue with this as well. Just wish I knew what was going on.
