Bioshock on the new 2.4 MacBook

Hey guys, I just bought my first MacBook (2.4 Glassbook) after having low end laptops up to this point. I love the thing. I have just finished installing windows with boot camp and I was wondering if Bioshock would run on it.

About 3 years ago I bought my first laptop. I was so excited I went right out and bought Doom 3 to play on it. Unfortunately it didn't run very well (unplayable). I've installed Doom 3 on my new computer, and it seems to work great on high settings. I'd love to buy bioshock, but I don't want to waste the 20 bucks for it and not even be able to play it.

I just don't want to make the same mistake. Thanks for any information...

Considering the machine isn't that bad I'd say go ahead and buy Bioshock and play your heart out.

Well the MBP plays it at 50 on 1024 x 768 and around 30 fps at 1440 x 900 but thats the MBP.

So i would assume maybe 30 at 1024 x 768 but i really dont know.

Hi, just curious how well Bioshock performed on your Aluminum Macbook. Was it smooth? What settings did you need to turn down?
