iPhone Birthdays stuck in notification center?!

I have every possible button enabled off via Facebook settings for calendar and contacts but for some reason I still have birthdays in my notification center which is very annoying. Anybody know a fix for this? I attached screenshots below!

The birthday data has already been added to the Contact Card. Go into Calendar, click Calendars on the bottom, scroll to the bottom and turn off "Other - Birthdays".

You'd have to remove the birthdays from contacts themselves, or remove Calendar from displaying in the notification center (for everything, not just birthdays).
