bitesms 6.1 app laggy?

Anyone else having this problem? Responding on the lock screen and quick replying is fine but when i actually open the app, it lags. The messages show up but i can scroll down instantly like i used to.

any ideas?

Yap! The same thing with me...

Native app works much better, and bitesms just has too much lag...as you mentioned, when using quick reply, quick compose etc everything is working just fine...but when you open Bitesms main app, first there is a lag of a few seconds just to show the list of all messages, then a few more after that when all messages appear...I tried the same on another iPhone with same effect... fresh iOS 5.0.1 ; bitesms 6.1 . Any solution?

The Bite SMS devs usually stay on top of things. Expect an update in the coming days, mines pretty laggy too.

I haven't run into this at all. It opens, scrolls, and loads smooth and snappy. Generally 250-300 mb free memory give or take.

I have no problems whatsoever with Bite, sorry to hear this is going on.

Maybe a conflict with another package installed?
Mine is also instant.
