I am having an issue with BiteSMS on the lock screen. In previous versions that I had BiteSMS, when receiving a text message it would wake up the screen. I received a notification of some sort. Now that isn't the issue. I don't get any sort of notification - well, I take that back, I do get an alert but nothing on screen. i only receiving notifications and an alert when the screen is unlocked. I have searched high and low in the settings and I just can't find out what is wrong. Can anyone shed some light on this subject?

Do you have banners and "View in Lock Screen" enabled in the Notifications tab of your Settings application?

For the standard messaging app you mean?

Edit: I'm such a stooge, this fixed it, I had "show in lock screen" turned off. Derp.
