BiteSMS/notify/lockinfo and statusbar

Hi, currently when I get an sms message I get a balloon icon, and a balloon with and exclamation in it like iBlacklist. how can I disable one of these? I have looked in the bitesms settings and dont see anything for it. And lockinfo as far as I could tell would turn off all my notifications - which I dont want.

Any ideas on this?

I use lockinfo + biteSMS + Notifier

Notifier adds the app Reminder to the springboard to control its notofication settings. I have my SMS notification turned off from notifier because I like seeing in the status bar how many messages I have. I then use poof to hide the icon for Reminder.
