I haven't seen or heard of a way to configure BiteSMS with a TextFree (Pinger) number. It's either through BiteSMS (fee-based) or the carrier.

As sbddude says, you can configure the SMS GV Extension ($3) to route all SMS through Google Voice instead of your carrier. You'll have no MMS. Then, BiteSMS will send via Google Voice.
