BitTorrent Sync - help writing to shared folder

We've started using BitTorrent Sync...we've hit a snag! Whilst the server is happily sending files to other machines, the server is refusing to write files to Shared Folders. Any ideas?

Assume I need an idiots guide to help me apply any fixes.

I am trying it out on my server. Only day two but It seams to work, but the folder I am writing is not shared. I hope this helps.
